I hate exercising so when I lift weights I do 2 exercises to make it as easy as possible.
The deadlift is a fantastic exersise that works just about every muscle in your body except the chest and arms (do benchpresses for those). I love the deadlift because I don't have to do all of that other time consuming stuff.
